Usless... no point using this app. I have booked for my service using this app at Incheon kia Kottayam. App gave me slot, and I booked based on the availability. No confirmation from the service center apart from a confirmation shown on the app. Finally, when called the day before service, they said no slots are available. Why would they have an app that can't serve its purpose ??

I have been regularly updating fuel logs for my car. Over the past 2 entries, the app has stopped calculating the mileage/average and the is no place to report the bug

Service outlets don't follow the appointment if scheduled on this app. They have their own appointment process in chennai.If we book the slot, it is all approved etc, but when we call the service centre to confirm they say no slots available and push the customer for a future date.
